I had a hard time communicating with the supplier and think they couldn't understand my messages. The product however arrived after some delay in good wooden box packaging. We needed to calibrate the mirrors. Probably they moved during the transportation. After that calibration, the machine is working well in cutting thin wood or high quality 3mm plywood.
